Hello,

I bought a Samsung Chat 335 on February 16, 2012, at Bouygues Telecom, and on July 22, 2012, the touchpad stopped working. I don’t know what to do because I can’t do anything since the touch doesn’t work anymore, and there’s no response when pressing it. ???? Please help me...
What kind of crap phone doesn't even last 6 months... :(

    Hello,

    You should try to reset it, or else contact customer service.
    Contact Samsung support to know the exact procedures or the operator/store where you purchased the phone.
