Windows Error (Code 45) What should I do?

Hello,  This hardware device is currently not connected to the computer. (Code 45) This is what appears when I plug my USB keyboard into my computer... It's a Roccat Isku, but the problem is as follows: I have exactly the same keyboard (which unfortunately does not belong to me) a Roccat Isku, and surprise! the keyboard works. I try to reconnect mine: This hardware device is currently not connected to the computer. (Code 45)  My question is the following: What should I do?

hello try connecting the keyboard that doesn't work to another PC... it seems that your problem comes from the keyboard, or that your keyboard is "tired"

he may only be 6/7 months old but apparently he’s dead... :/ you can try going into the device manager to uninstall your keyboard, then search for hardware changes to see if it reinstalls it...

Already done :X But still, it lights up which is very strange :/ The letters are lit up and the keyboard responds to what I ask of it ... But it is not recognized by the computer PS: it responds to me in the sense that when I use the shift key on the upper right, it lights up but not the "num" key which activates the numeric keypad, nor the scroll lock key :/ help !

Oh, can you access the BIOS with your keyboard? If so, reset the BIOS settings to default and try again.
