Trojan Generic Virus, what to do?

Hello,
for a week now, a generic trojan virus has appeared on my computer, Bitdefender is able to remove all the others but not this one, at least not permanently. Its name is trojan generic 7552386.

I'm at my wit's end and everything I do fails miserably, do you have a solution? I've heard about various software, but which ones?

    Trojan Generic .... well, it's a generic name, doesn't say much :p

    Do you have any reports from Bitdefender to show us what files it concerns?
