Hello, since yesterday on my PC game Assassin's Creed Revelations crashes when I go into Desmond's journey part 1 under Windows 7

please someone help me pliz?

    Thank you, but I will repeat it. So as soon as I return to the Animus office, I will go directly to the unlock section: Desmond's Journey Part 1, but when I go in there, it takes at least 2 or 3 minutes to return to Windows. There you go.

    I hope I’m clearer this time.

      I have the same problem as soon as I enter the door to play the first part (doubts) with Desmond. As soon as I say yes to play the game, it crashes with a black screen, and I find myself back at the office. Please help me find a solution to this problem. Thank you.

      Reinstall the game completely from the Ubisoft launcher (after having completely uninstalled the game first).

    Hello,

    Maybe a damaged file. Reinstall the game (this won't make you lose your saves).

    Doing your own research before posting on CCM is the quickest solution!

      Your backups are saved online and in the public folder of your computer.
      So even if you install it on another PC, during your first login, it will automatically retrieve the backup.

    Make sure your CD is not damaged (scratches, dust...) or that your PC can support the game.
