How to view Steam cart for order?

Hello,
So, given the sales on Steam, I found 2 games that interest me for a total of 22/23 euros, but I can't find a way to pay. I added 25 euros of real money to my Steam account and I can't figure out how to make purchases. I go to the game I'm interested in, add it to the cart, and that's it—no request for validation, nothing. It says it will happen once the purchases are finished, but since I’m done, it doesn’t do anything.

On Steam, when you want to buy a game, you go to its page and click on add to cart. Generally, you get a message like, do you want to continue shopping? It’s also possible that you go directly to the cart.
The green cart button is located at the top right of Steam when you add your first game to the cart.
You click on this button and you will see the games you have added to your cart.
All you have to do is click on the buy for me button at the bottom and follow the checkout procedure.
If after clicking on add to cart, you are not redirected or if the green cart button does not appear, then you have a problem and you should contact Steam directly.
