Currently, our poker software is unfortunately not compatible with Mac computers.
Our Technical Service is currently working on making our new Poker platform compatible, and we will be able to offer this service very soon.
However, you have the option to install our poker software on your Mac by creating a Windows partition using the “Bootcamp” utility.

Please note that you must have a valid Windows license to perform this installation.
If you are using a Windows PC and the installation of the software does not work, you should perform the following checks:
1) Check if you have an active firewall on your computer. If so, you may need to create an exception rule in your firewall to allow the installation of BetClic Poker.
2) If you cannot create a rule, disable your firewall, install it, and then reactivate your firewall afterwards.
3) If it still does not work, please contact us by email or chat directly from the BetClic website, specifying the operating system used (Windows XP, Vista...), the browser used and its version (Internet Explorer 7.0...) as well as your Internet service provider.
Finally, if you receive an error message, please communicate it to us along with a screenshot.
