Bonjour, Bon je suis avec vista et ce message d'erreur s'écris :C:\Windows\system32\avicap32.dll n'est pas conçu pour s'exécuter sous Windows ou il contient une erreur. Installez le à nouveau le programme à l'aide du support d'installation d'origine, ou bien contactez votre administrateur système ou le fournisseur du logiciel pour obtenir du support."
Et depuis je ne peut plus utiliser ma webcam je voudrais savoir qu'es que je doit faire pour remédier a tout cela j'ai cc cleaner et avast en ce moment je nettoye mon ordi avec ceux ci et j'ai déja réinstaller plusieurs fois la cam sans succès si vous pourriez m'expliquer tout cela de manière très simple et précise car je ne suis pas un pro des ordinateurs merci

Aucune idée de la raison de cette erreur...
Quelle application tentais-tu d'exécuter quand ce message est apparu la première fois ?
La cam en cause est-elle intégrée à l'ordinateur ?
Quel est le nom précis du modèle d'ordinateur ?

je n'ai pas le modele de l'ordinateur MAis ma cam ces une cam microsoft non intégré et sa na pas rapport avec la cam ces mon ordi ca touche tout ce qui passe par mes prises usb un virus a endommager des ficher alors j'ai tenter de les réinstaller mais ca ne marche pas car ce message d'erreur apparait toujours et m'empeche de tout faire fonctionner

Avant d'aller voir s'il te manque un pilote ou l'autre, il faudrait faire voir si ton ordi n'hébergerait pas l'un ou l'autre malware, notamment - mais pas exclusivement - au niveau des clés USB : une fois le nettoyage effectué, il sera toujours temps, je suppose, de vérifier si tous tes fichiers système sont au complet et "clean".
Je transfère ce sujet depuis le forum Logiciels/Pilotes dans le forum Virus/Sécurité
