Hello,
I just bought this television: https://www.lg.com/fr/televiseurs/lg-42LS570S-tv-lcd-led
Could you help me identify the IN/OUT (RGB) AV1 socket in the picture below?
http://www.milkshack.net/images/IMGP22-PTV1gz5iL.JPG
I've searched thoroughly and it's not a SCART as stated on the manufacturer's website.
My Freebox V5 HD connected via HDMI sends an interrupted stream with black screens. I want to revert to SCART, but I can't identify the type of cable.
Thank you in advance,
Best regards,

Hello,
This is indeed a connection for the SCART but for an HDMI/SCART cable. In other words, one side is HDMI (connected to the TV) and the other side is SCART (connected to the other device).
Download the user manual (11MB): https://www.lg.com/fr/support/produit/lg-42LS570S
Go to pages 259/260 ;)
P.S.: When I say HDMI, I'm making a mistake, but it is indeed a digital signal that comes out of this socket. -
Hi!
Thank you very much! I received a rather brief guide in the TV box and didn't think the manufacturer's website would provide a more detailed one.
On page 259, they mention a male Scart cable that would be included and which is exactly the size of the port. However, this is not the case. I am going to call LG support to find out where I can get one. I'm afraid it might be in a proprietary format.
Thanks again :)
