Good evening, I would like you to help me solve a problem.
I have a Starsat-SR-X7300USB with 6000 channels.
I asked someone to install it for me and when they installed it, I think they made a mistake and deleted all the channels; I only have about 85 channels left.
And I would like to know how to recover them.

    Hello,
    are you equipped with one or more satellites or a motorized satellite dish?
    Restart a channel scan
    or a scan of all the satellites according to your reception setup.

      Which channels do you normally receive: a few names of channels received please (French and foreign) thank you
      First, you need to search for channels or reset the satellite receiver
      Be aware that "6000" channels is the capacity of the decoder
      Out of the 6000 potential ones, you will only receive 2-3000 at most, and out of those 2 to 3000, about 1-1500 at most will be in clear, counting the radios
      Note: if your decoder has been flashed (for an update for example), I cannot help you, flashing a decoder often risks bricking it or completely misconfiguring it... then check with the person who flashed it......
      If the flash involved receiving paid channels without paying then this forum will not help you: it’s illegal (talk to the clever one who flashed the decoder)

      I received French channels like Direct 8, TMC, TFoU, TF1, France, France 2, France 3, M6, and actually all the French TNT channels, as well as foreign channels like Dubzi, Sudan TV, Canal Algérie, 2M Maroc TV, Cora, CCTV9; there were all the channels from around the world.
