In fact, when creating the labels, you probably checked the box "Synchronize content" in order to format all the labels like the first one (the master label). If you don't check this box, you will be able to edit the labels in your saved document, label by label. However, you will be required to format label by label (very tedious).

If you still want to use this very handy synchronization feature and modify your saved label sheet document: open your saved document, Format > Sections > select all sections by first clicking on Master Label (Ctrl A) and uncheck "Protected". Click OK and then you will have access to all the labels.

For me, editing the file worked perfectly until the moment I tried to save my corrections, and then it refused, saying that I do not have administrative rights.
The only solution I found was to copy my work into a new document, but let's admit that it looks really bad!

What's more, once my new document was created, a small window opened with a "No entry" sign and the message "General input/output error."
And that's the last straw.
Impossible to save my corrections.
To say that I am furious is putting it mildly. I want to smash everything! ! !
How can I deal with this damned software that is failing me after so many years of service? Should I go back to Microsoft Office?
We pay, sure, but we shouldn't have all these problems...
