Bonjour,
Voilà cela fait maintenant une semaine que mon ordinateur portable est piraté et je ne sais pas du tout quoi faire.
Au début je ne pouvais pas accéder à mon ordinateur sauf en mode sans échec et même en mode sans échec je ne pouvais pratiquement rien faire.
Maintenant quand je démarre mon ordinateur, ma session est bloqué par un mot de passe dont l'indice du mot de passe est: "rien ni personne ne le sait" ; et une nouvelle session a été crée à coté de la mienne et elle est nommée : " Ta la haine".
Je ne sais pas du tout que faire pour me débarrasser de ce hackeur, aidez moi s'il vous plait.

Je ne sais pas du tout, mais je téléchargeait sans cesse et surtout sans anti-virus, mon pc est un acer et je n'ai pas de cd d'installation.

Si tu as pas d'anti-virus il y a eu surement un trojan qui à dû s'installer via un logiciel qui pour toi, étais normal.
