Hello,

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0
I just changed my PC to Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system - Despite downloading the October 2010 update (PfS30HD Webup-L145-EU.exe), I cannot import my photos - I have a Panasonic DMC TZ 7 - Previously no problem with XP and Vista on my laptop -
Can you help me?
Thank you
Best regards

    Hello,

In fact, I also have a Panasonic and the software in question; I think the issue is that this software is simply not compatible with 64-bit OS.

    What’s the solution?
For photos, no problem, there’s no need for this program to export/download from your memory card.

It’s more troublesome for movies because Panasonic HD is particular, you can read the files with VLC but to export and convert them, you usually need the software.

    Best regards

    Hello

    I uninstalled 3.0 - Then I tried to install
    3.1 " this target computer
is not installed Photofunstudio - Stop the process "
I reinstalled 3.0 then when running 3.1 the same message

    So it doesn't work

I will try by the card but it's just a workaround

DMC TZ 7 doesn't exist, something is missing after the 7.

    If I had installed it.
    Here is what I did
I installed the CD that came with my device and then I installed the update from October 2010.

There is an issue: try right-clicking on the file:
      PfS30HD Webup-L145-EU.exe

      select run as Administrator ????

Otherwise, there is an issue to discuss with your customer service that sold you the camera...
