I found this, we learn more.....ha, ha....
"This is a protected format used by music piece providers on WAP for mobile phones. After searching the net (various search engines), I found only questions, but no answers, about how to retrieve these files, which were nonetheless expensive, but unrecoverable on PC due to the "technical protection measures" implemented by the sites selling these music pieces. Since these providers do not see fit to provide us with the interoperability tools that we would legitimately expect, it must be noted that when changing phones, everything we purchased is lost (I believe we can call this "loss of enjoyment of an acquired asset"). The solution? Uh, apart from cursing a bit too late that we won't be fooled again into buying music pieces this way... :'-("
