Impossible d'ouvrir mes programmes windows 7

Bonjour,
je viens chercher de l'aide. je me connecte sur le net via mozilla et je suis sous windows 7. depuis quelques jours il m'est impossible d'ouvrir quelque fichier que ce soit. que ce soit internet, la calculatrice, msn ou encore tout autre programme, j'ai un message d'erreur qui ressemble a cela:
"c:/users/sonia/desktop/virtualis.ink/ n'est pas une application win32 valide" ceci est un exemple sur l'application virtualis mais j'ai ce même message pour tous les programmes.
je suis totalement novice en la matière... j'ai donc chercher des réponses sur différents forums. j'ai donc installé plusieurs logiciels: malwarebytes anti-malware, hijak this, cclener. je ne peux faire fonctionner ces logiciels qu'en les téléchargent, une fois installé sur le pc je ne peux plus les lancer. bref je les ai lancé, essayé de démarrer mon PC en mode sans échec, mais rien de nouveau! j'ai trouvé 5 fichiers mal vaillant que j'ai bien entendu supprimé.
je ne sais pas quoi faire? help me please !!!

apela je veux conserver beauuuucoup de chose!!! photo notamment mais aussi musique.
j'ai enfin réussi a lancer le CD baaa oui j'ai un cerveau de blonde alors il faut le temps. après avoir travaillé plus de 4h il a ENFIN terminé!!! je ne sais pas par contre si j'ai bien viré TOUS les logiciels malveillants ===> 124 au total....
je ne sais pas non plus comment retrouver le rapport? normalement enregistré dans "root" je ne sais se que c'est sait ^^ et nommé "rapport dr web"
