[Chrome] Oops! An error occurred

Hello, I've been having a problem for a few days with my Google Chrome browser, unlike Mozilla Firefox where everything works perfectly. I launched the Chrome browser during the day and it started showing this error message for no particular reason:

Ouch! An error occurred while displaying the web page. To continue, refresh this page or open another one. [Refresh] If this message appears regularly, try these suggestions.

I can't do anything at all! All the tabs I open display this error message; I can't view a web page or navigate through the options! I've searched everywhere for a solution to this problem: I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, I cleaned my PC (with CCleaner, Glary, Norton, and TuneUp Utilities), I even downloaded two antivirus programs (Dr Web and AVG) to run a scan (knowing that I have Norton), I created a new user profile, and tried a portable version of Chrome, but all that without success.

This poses a big problem for me because I use an extension that is essential for me and unfortunately only available on Chrome.

Would you be kind enough to help me find a solution to this problem?

Hello. What kind of computer do you use? Think about the memory of your computer...

I have a laptop running Windows 7, and I don't think it's a memory issue since I'm not even using half of the local disk.

Could memory be a factor? Because I have the same problem, but my D: drive is red.
