I have just created a SCI taxed at corporate tax (IS) and purchased my first property.

The management of a real estate investment company (SCI) and the accounting of a SCI are two different things.
You can compare it to a commercial business where you need a management software and an accounting software.

If you have some accounting knowledge, you can do a good part of it yourself, but I strongly advise you to hire an accounting firm that will review your accounts and advise you on administrative procedures.
It's not that it's complicated, but one mistake or oversight and penalties will fall...
