Can you please send me a free accounting software for SCI by email?

For the moment, I rely on an accountant, but as a retiree and former accountant, I admit that it’s not complicated and I find my accountant’s fees quite high: 600 euros including tax while I provide him with an Excel spreadsheet with all the allocated expenses and a photocopy of all the documents. He just prepares the 2072 declaration, the balance sheet, and the income statement. Thank you in advance.

There is also the rental management software available for download. I have been using it since 2009 and I find it well made:

The management of a real estate investment company (SCI) and the accounting of a SCI are two different things.
You can compare it to a commercial business where you need a management software and an accounting software.

If you have some accounting knowledge, you can do a good part of it yourself, but I strongly advise you to hire an accounting firm that will review your accounts and advise you on administrative procedures.
It's not that it's complicated, but one mistake or oversight and penalties will fall...
