Met à jour ton PC puis fait ça car à mon avis il doit y avoir des bestioles
Télécharge, installe puis met à jour ce logiciel(Ewido), une fois que c'est fait, fais un scan complet de ton système, supprime (delete) tout ce qu'il te trouve puis colle le rapport ici stp
Ewido: (en Anglais reste gratuit après la période d'essai)

merci beaucoup boulepate je vais executer tout ca. cependant les mises a jour de windows mapporte continuellement des virus et autres " bestioles " indésirables. si bien ke je ne souhaite plus les faire. est ce indispensable? ou peut etre que je m'y prend mal.en tout les cas je vai faire un can ewido (sans les maj de windows) en attendant ta reponse.

Les mises à jour n'apportent pas de virus, c'est laisser ton système sans mises à jour qui en apporte. ;-)
De plus tu navigues avec Internet Explorer, préfére-lui, FireFox ou Opéra et laisse IE de côté sans le supprimer, ça sera un + pour ton PC

Oui, FireFox est un navigateur internet, il moins vulnérable qu'Internet Explorer, qui lui même comporte encore pas mal de failles, donc c'est devenu facile pour les spywares de l'infecté et de le rendre inutilisable.
Vulnérable aussi aux "petits-mâlins" qui pourraient en profiter pour nuire à ton système:

merci pour ces précieuse infos boulepate mais g du tout reformater car g eu un gros pépin suite aux telechargement des MAJ de windows. mon pc a flashé et ne redemarrait plus ni en mode sans echec ni en derniere configuration connue. ???
g donc tout reformater mais me voila de nouveau avec un probleme que je ne suis pas a meme de resoudre par moi meme .
apres le formatage, g remis mon AV bitdef9 et g fai mes MAJ mais mon pc est resté bloker suite a ca. g eteint le pc en restant appuyer sur le bouton car ct la seule facon de leteindre (que je connai :-() et en le redemarrant un pb ke je navai jamai vu est survenu . il me met une phrase avant l'ouverture de windows me disant kil na pas pu ouvrir de session utilisateur normale et kil en a ouvert une avec le profil de lordinateur (ou kk chose comme ca) car un fichier du registre semble corrompu ( c pas ca kil me dit mais je ne me souviens plus exactement de la phrase je la noterai lors du prochain redemarrage) puis je qd meme faire un log hijack. estce ke ca apparaitra dessus?
