Unable to start a Wii game.

Hello,
I just bought the Wii game "Raving Rabbids Show," I turn on my console. At first, everything goes well, the game appears on the screen but when I press it, this message appears: "An error has occurred. Please press the EJECT button, remove the disc, and turn off the console. Please refer to the Wii manual for further details."

I've restarted my Wii 5 times, still the same scenario...
If someone could help me, that would be great!

I should clarify that my games are not hacked, and this problem only happens with this particular game..

    Did you set it up the right way? :) In which country did you buy your game and your Wii? :)

    Yes, I put it the right way since there was no question mark :)
    I bought it in France.. :)

    Have you updated your Wii? Was your Wii AND your game bought in France? Do your other games work? :)

    Yes, it has been updated. Yes, my Wii and my game were purchased in France... and yes, my other games work... ;)

    Bizarre ... Clean your CD ... Make sure there are no backups of your game, if there are, delete them :)

    I'm a little lost... can you help me out? Where do I find the game saves? :)

    Go to the menus :) Then Data management => Backup data => WII :) After that, check if there is a save of the game?
