Windows live: programmes russe/chinois etc

Bonjour à tous !
Je viens de constater ceci dans mes programmes installés suite à l'installation
de Windows Live (pour avoir Windows Live Mail)

J'ai essayé de désinstaller de la maniere normal mais aucun des programmes de windows live ne se désinstallait (windows live mail et messenger) les petits programmes louche comme vous pouvez voir je peux les désinstaller séparement via le panneau de configuration.
J'ai donc supprimé les fichiers directement dans /program files mais même après ça je pouvais pas réinstaller WL, j'ai supprimé dans le registre Windows live et windows mail dans local host machine, je peux réinstaller WL mail & messenger mais rien ne se lance et les programmes sont revenus alors que le setup de WL je l'es DL sur le site officiel et sur 01.net..

Comment faire pour ré-utiliser WL mail svp..
