Hello,
I have a VD TECH TV that I leave in standby when I turn it off, but this morning when I tried to turn it back on: impossible. Whether I press the power button directly on the TV or use the remote control (where I changed the batteries), nothing works. The little red standby light stays red and nothing happens. So if you've had the same problem as me or if you can help me, please don't hesitate. THANK YOU

I was offered a quote of €50 to try to fix it. For a brand new TV worth €200
I opened it, looked at it, blew on it and it worked for a day but now nothing at all; the capacitors look fine, maybe there's a power supply issue... -
Unplug and plug back in. In the future, do not leave a TV on standby; it's dangerous.

I’m sorry to bump this 2-year-old post... I have exactly the same issue with my TV and I would like to know if you’ve found a solution to this problem... Google has nothing on this :/
