Bonsoir tout le monde =)
J'ai un ti soucis, comme l'intitulé j'ai ces 2 virus, j'essaie de les virer mais y'a rien a faire. Ca fait deux nuits blanches que je tente et tj rien, j'suis minée grave =(
Aidez-moi siou plait.

Alors j'ai fait tout ce que tu m'as dit en mode sans échec et il m'as trouvé encore quelques petits trucs :( J'ai bien evidement nettoyé, par contre les pb persistent. Franchement je pense qu'y a plus rien a faire, les virus m'ont flingué ma bestiole :(

peux tu faire le scan en ligne maintenant ???
fais ceci stp :
· Allez sur le poste de travail
· Faites un clique droit sur disque C:\ (disque où se trouve votre système d'exploitation)
· Choisissez l’onglet propriété
· Choisissez l’onglet Outils, puis vérifier maintenant
ensuite redemarre pour que la verif se fasse !
tiens nous au courant,@+

peux être un soucis de contrôle active X : je n'y avais pas penser :)
tu dois avoir un haut de la page, un message de securité te disant qu'il a bloqué cette fonction par securité, clic dessus et accepte la !

tj pareil, je peux pas consulter mon compte, je ne peux tj pas rechercher des fichiers sur mon ordi et pour ce qui est de l'antivirus idem.
Nan, ça n'a rien a voir avec l'active x, car le message d'erreur que je t'ai copié collé apparait justement apres avoir cliquer sur la ligne apparaissant au dessus et qui me demande de l'installer.
Non, sincerement je pense que les virus m'ont laissé des sequelles au pc qui sont tout bonnement pas curables, j'suis dsl de baisser les bras mais là je vois pas ce qu'on peut faire de plus, à part le jeter a la poubelle.

Je crois que je vais formater et tout reinstaller, qq que je connaissais m'as envoyé les cd de boot et autres qui auraient du etre fournis avec mon portable (il a le meme que moi puisque j'ai acheté le meme que lui a l'epok bref...) je pense que ça regleras tout ce fourbi (ça sera la premiere fois que je fais vepuis que j'ai le pc!!) qu'est ce que tu en penses?
