Tucson TV: bug

Hello,

I bought a large Tucson television a week ago. Since yesterday, I am unable to switch to another channel with the remote control; TF1 keeps displaying with a banner at the bottom: no matter how many times I press the numbers on the remote, nothing happens...

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 11.0

Go to the menu and reset to factory settings, then perform a complete installation again. Note that you should check the quality and strength of the received signal.

As for the signal received, I am receiving all the channels without issue; it's not a reception problem.....

You could provide the TV reference. To reset to factory settings, you need to navigate in the menu. And personally, this opinion is just mine, take your TV, return it and buy a well-known brand.
If needed, get a refund and depending on your budget, we can certainly find something that works.
