Hello, I would like to simply know if American History X 2 really exists given the number of rumors directly or online and the number of links saying that it exists but that it is censored. If it's true, why is it censored? Please respond as much as possible, thank you in advance.

NO! American History X 2 does not exist and will never exist, at least not with the original cast. The story stands on its own, and it is not a franchise film like Lethal Weapon and others...
Even supposedly censored films pass this barrier of censorship through the internet, see Snuff 102 or A Serbian Movie.
Rumors are just that, rumors. There is nothing substantiated, the images that might be found are just montages of the original.
Don't trust those who say "if it exists, I've seen it in the original version." As soon as you ask them for a copy, they will say they lost it, or stop responding to you. They are either fantasists or jokers. To form your own opinion, go to IMDB which lists all films that may exist (including adult films) and you will see that there is no trace.
