Hello,

on USB devices such as hard drives or my MP3 player, there is a folder "BUDA" that appears without me knowing where it comes from.
Is it a virus? How can I make it stop appearing?

<config>Windows 7 Firefox 3.6.17</config>

You would have found your answer with a Google search...

It seems that you are using your devices with home theater equipment from LG, Philips, or others.

This is a folder that will be created every time you connect your device to this type of equipment, posing no danger to it; you can delete it, but it will come back every time.

Every time you plug it in, it resets the folder, so no, apart from not plugging in your peripherals.

From what I understood, they had started developing a feature on their hardware but didn't finish it before its release, so the creation of the folder is still present but useless.
