Bonjour smart

jai egalement le meme probleme seulement je ne peux meme pas acceder a windows update ni meme en passant par panneau de configuration et ensuite suppression de programmes cela ne souvre meme pas jai essaye tes 2 solutions , il y a avais apparement 2 programme que jai supprimes et voici mon rapport : peux tu m'aider stp merci

merci je my met de suite voir ce que cela fais et une fois le rapport envoye quest ce que cela est cense faire ?

au milieu de linstallation il me met une fenetre derreur

cocreateinstance a echoue : 0x....etc
a 4 reprises

donc je nest pas dicone sur le bureau bien que jai coche la case linstalation a echoue

en clair , aucun programme ne souvre windows media player, skype ,VLC je ne peut pas lire de films ni meme de musique , je ne peut lire aucune video youtube ,
il y asouvent une fenetre qui me dis que le shockwave ou le plug in peut etre interrompu je met oui ou nan , que dire dautre je ne peut acceder ni a winows updates ni meme a tous les programmes que jinstalle

--> Désactive l'UAC le temps de la désinfection.

/!\ Désactive tes protections résidentes (Antivirus, etc...) /!\

--> Télécharge ComboFix (de sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

--> Clique droit sur ComboFix.exe (le .exe n'est pas forcément visible) et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur afin de le lancer.

Il se peut que Combofix ait besoin de se connecter à Internet pour trouver les mises à jour, donc il faut l'autoriser si ton parefeu te le demande.

--> Réponds Oui au message d'avertissement pour que ComboFix commence l'analyse de ton PC.

--> Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport (C:\Combofix.txt) dans ta prochaine réponse.

Tous ces problèmes sont apparus suite à quoi ?

L'antivirus Norton Internet Security est encore présent.

Utilise ceci :

jai oublier de te preciser que dans langle a droite en bas de lecran un icone jaune est la celui du backup online norton , si je fais clik droit voici ce quil me propose

Au pire, si rien ne fonctionne et que ton PC est d'origine, tu as la possibilité de le remettre comme si tu venais de l'acheter avec Acer eRecovery (vu que ton PC est de marque Acer).
