Hello,
I bought a Bluestork keyboard and my PC works and my screen too, but my keyboard is stuck on num lock and no key works. I need it to enter my password so I can check my PC. Thank you

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello, it's the first time you're using it then?

yes, but when I plug it into another PC it works; for now it is plugged in and still stuck on num lock and there's no way to turn it off.

Yes, I think it's because the drivers are missing. Plug in another keyboard, type your password, and then reconnect your keyboard and Windows should install the driver automatically.

I need to turn off and on my computer several times before my keyboard lights up and stays stuck.

Is it a wireless or wired keyboard?

Plug in another keyboard, type my session password, plug in your new keyboard while leaving the other one connected, then go to start, right-click on computer, manage, device manager, are there any exclamation points?

So you can't log into your PC? I don't understand when you say I'm stuck on num lock

My keyboard stays on, the green Num Lock light is on, and nothing works.

      You don't have a PS/2 keyboard?

Sorry, but before I did, I bought another one and my computer was reformatted before I bought it because my son damaged the PS/2 connector.

Ah, so I don't see many solutions here except for connecting another keyboard to the PC and installing the Bluestoc keyboard driver.
