Hello,

For some time now, an error message has been appearing on my Mac. After using my computer, it goes to sleep, and when I try to work on my Mac again and select the Wi-Fi, an error message appears (Connection timeout). Thank you for your help ^^

Configuration: Mac OS X / Safari 534.53.10

Hello,

This corresponds to the problem of Wi-Fi loss after sleep.
An answer is provided here.

You need to update the router's firmware!

Connection timeout

After struggling like crazy and seeing all the questions asked with no real answers on various forums, I think I've found a solution and I would like to share it with everyone.
The only culprit in my case, since everything was well configured, was that f***ing password.
SO TRY THIS: 1- Go into the wifi settings of your livebox and set a password with an uppercase letter and at least 8 characters. In my trial, I used the following word: Apoiuytrez
2- Launch the wifi connection on the MacBook and enter its password.
And there it is instantaneous, the connection works YES!!!!!!
MAC is great but it's also really stupid! I almost threw that damn MacBook against a wall
so I hope I helped save a few MacBooks that could have also ended up against a wall!!!!

Hello, I had the same problem and what I did is I manually added my MAC address to the Livebox and everything started working fine again ;)
