Black screen at Wakfu launch - Page 4

They say that I've downloaded Java correctly, but I can't find it... anyway, I'm trying to launch the game.

It's weird...

Tell me everything you've tried so far so it will be clearer for me!

Well, everything we've done, it still doesn't work, I'm going to end up crashing my computer, the only option is to contact Wakfu's technical support but it's expensive and just for that... ugh, of course, right when I want to play the most... I really don't see where the problem is.
