Un bon logiciel de retouche photo?

Bonjour!

Et bien voilà, je cherche un bon logiciel de retouche facile à utiliser et surtout GRATUIT.

Quelqu'un serait-il m'aider?

Et m'envoyer le lien du téléchargement si ce n'est pas trop demandé... J'ai peur de me tromper (pas très doué en informatique).
