ORA-6413: Connection not open

Hello,

I am trying to connect to an Oracle database using an OracleConnection object. However, this error keeps appearing ("ORA-6413: Connection not open."). Can someone help me fix this error?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 11.0
