Bonjour a tous
je suis sous systeme exploitation xp
j'ai eu un virus j'ai avast comme protection
j'ai un message d'alerte continuellement en bas a droite de mon ecrant critical system errors
si je clique dessus une page internet s'ouvre virus burton
tout est en anglais je ni comprend rien si cela est un anti virus d'en avoir deux en fonction ne pausera pas de probleme?
que me faut il faire?

Salut,

n'installe pas cette chose. Tu ne trouves pas bizarre qu'une pub apparaisse en bas de ton écran ?

Télécharge HijackThis:

Installe le dans son propre dossier:
-clic droit sur le bureau, choisis "nouveau dossier" puis installe le dedans.
Lance le, clic sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
Puis copie et colle le rapport ici stp

et

Télécharge SmitfraudFix (enregistre le sur le "bureau")
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip

décompresse SmitfraudFix
Lance le fichier SmitfraudFix ou SmitfraudFix.cmd et choisis l option 1 copie le rapport ici stp

Désactive le pare-feu de Windows(SP2) il ne sert à rien puis installe celui ci pour plus de sécurité

Telecharge, installe puis mets à jour ce logiciel(Ewido), une fois que c'est fait, fais un scan complet de ton système, supprime (delete) tout ce qu'il te trouve puis colle le rapport ici

Salut,

Telecharges Killbox:

Doubles clique sur killbox.exe (Pocket Killbox)

- coches: delete on reboot
dans la barre vide entre ceci: (exactement)

C:\WINDOWS\system32\cfltygd.dll

- cliques sur le rond rouge avec la croix blanche
- une fenetre va apparaitre pour confirmation cliques sur YES
- une seconde fenetre te demande si tu veux redemarrer cliques sur YES

Laisse le pc redemarrer s'il ne redémarre pas de lui même alors fait le.

dans la colonne de gauche clic sur "erreurs" coches toutes les cases, puis cliques en bas sur "chercher des erreurs" une fois finit, cliques sur "reparer les erreurs" et tu aura un message pour sauvegarder ta base de registre tu dis "oui" puis tu recommences jusqu'a ce qu'il te trouve plus d'erreurs.
Les sauvegardes que tu aura faites tu pourra les supprimer si ton ordinateur n'a plus de problémes

¤Relance Ccleaner, vas dans l'onglet "nettoyeur" present sur la gauche, decoches la derniere case (Avancé si elle est cochée) puis clic sur "lancer le nettoyage"

Fais un clique droit sur HijackThis choisis "renommer" marque: abcde.exe puis ok
Ensuite, refais un rapport hijackthis et colle le rapport ici stp

je ne peu pas cliquer sur la croix blanche elle est poutant sur mon burreau message:
component'MSCOMCTL.OCXoroneof its dependencie not correctly registered :a file is missing or invalid.

j'ai instalé cleaner et fait un nettoyage

j'ai fait un scan avec exido puis spybot ils ont reconnu des erreurs puis les ont detruits j'ai toujours l'onglet en bas a droite avec de temps en temps un message en englais mais a par ça l'ordi marche correctement;

Clique sur démarrer, rechercher et supprime ce fichier:

cfltygd.dll

si il résiste supprime le en mode sans echec

Ensuite:

telecharge ça:
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/combofix.exe

appuyes sur "Y" pour continuer

Attends quelques minutes..un rapport va s'ouvrir enregistre son contenu, puis copie et colle le sur ici stp

je n'arrive pas a sup le fichier je ne comprend pas comment le sup en mode sans echec peus tu stp me l'expliquer desoler de ne pas comprendre merci

Si un fichier persiste lors de la suppression fait ceci:
-Redemarres ton pc, dès l'allumage de celui-ci tapote la touche F8 (ou F5 si F8 ne fonctionne pas), à l'écran qui va apparaitre choisis "mode sans echec" attends un peu.. puis vas supprimer les fichiers/dossiers qui persistaient, vides ta corbeille et redemarres normalement

j'ai fait exactement ce que tu m'as dit

mais le fichier cfltygd.dll n'est pas suprimable même en mode sans echec
motif
verifier que votre disque ne soit pas plein(c'est impossible je viens d'acheter cet ordi il a tous juste 15jours)
et verifier qu'il ne soit pas proteger en ecriture ou que le fichier ne soit pas actif en ce moment que faire?

télécharge et installe ça:

tu fais un clique droit sur le fichier en question, puis tu choisis "supprimer" tu pourra choisir une option comme "supprimer au redémarrage" (je pense) si le fichier résiste
