Transfert photos sur computer avec caméra

Bonjour,

J'ai un olympus stylus tough 3000

bonjour je ne réussi pas a ouvrir mon appareil apres avoir connecté mon cable u.s.b dans l,ordi, il marque sur la caméra de ne pas oter le cable u.s.b et pourtant mon ordi a bien détecté l'appareil mais l'apperail ne veut pas ouvrir pour faire mes transferts merci

HI i cannot open my camera after i have connected on my computer with my cable u.s.b the computer recognize the camera but even it's written on the camera don't remove the cable usb, i'm still not abble to open the camera "on" in the mean time i'm not abble to transfert my pictures...thanks

hi,
theres a few known issues with the stylus touch serie. and a lot to do with the cam not being reconised. olympus dont provide the software anymore so here's two paths to follow to sort your prob out.
try connecting the cam through picasa and click the import tab. it might work
or remove the sd card and put it in a card reader.

Thanks DA to reply me ,,,unfortunately it's the same problem picasa recognize tha camera but not going trough even on the camera it's written don't remove the u.s.b cable......so bad ( i lost the sd card)
