Maintenant, c'est ok pour OTL

As tu encore des soucis (à part le fait de pas arriver à réinitialiser Firefox)
En règle générale tu utilises IE ?

si de toute facon j'ai un probleme et bien je viens

chez vous pour le nettoyage

ok,

1. Relance AdwCleaner
● Clique sur Désinstallation
● Idem pour AD-Remover

2. Lance OTL

● Dans la partie "Personnalisation", copie/colle: 

:commands
[clearallrestorepoints]

● Clique sur le bouton Correction.

3. Relance OTL
● Clique sur le bouton Purge outils
● Puis sur OK dans la boite de dialogue qui t'invite à redémarrer le système.
● Supprime les outils et les rapports restants éventuellement sur ton Bureau

4. Tu peux garder Malwarebytes Anti-Malware comme logiciel complémentaire à ton antivirus et t'en servir contrôler ton PC avec un scan rapide de temps en temps sans oublier de le mettre à jour avant

5. Vérifie que les logiciels pouvant présenter des failles de sécurité sont à jour :

Désinstalle cette ancienne version de Java(TM) 6 Update 17

voila il n'y a que (Tutoriel SX Check&Update)

qui ne peut pa etre faite a cause de norton

est ce grave?

Si c'est grave, logiciels non à jour = failles de sécurité

Norton est vraiment pointilleux, dommage qu'il ne le fut pas avec les infections que tu avais :p

Fait comme ceci :

1. Télécharge et installe JRE 6 Update 31

2. Vérifie ta version de FlashPlayer et si nécéssaire télécharge et installe Adobe Flash Player 11.1.102.63 pour chaque navigateur.

!! Décoche les cases proposant des logiciels partenaires pendant les installations !!
