Unifying receiver reprogramming for a K360 keyboard

Hello,
I bought a K360 wireless keyboard and a wireless mouse compatible with the Unifying system, and unfortunately, during synchronization on one of the receivers, the second was plugged into the USB port of my other computer that was turned on on the desk. As a result, the keyboard's receiver is no longer paired and does not recognize my keyboard.
Could you let me know if it is possible to re-pair it? If so, how should I proceed?
