Windows Vista blocked

Hello,

I have the stop 0x000c1f5 error on startup under Vista on my computer, with a sometimes striped screen. I reinstalled using F11, reinstalled internet, but the fault returned after an hour and I can no longer access Windows at all. I don’t have a restore CD but I have another identical computer (HP dv9500). Could that be useful, or is there another method? Thanks everyone, have a nice Sunday.

    hello,

test the PC with an Ubuntu live CD.

if it works with the live CD, you have a problem with Windows, or at worst with the hard drive
note that the live CD works with the PC's RAM, so there is no need to install on the hard drive.

if the same, you have a hardware problem with your PC.

Do not install Ubuntu, but click on Try Ubuntu.
