LG TV stuck in a sort of zoom mode

Hello everyone,

I have an 82cm LG LCD TV and last week while grabbing the remote with my feet (lol) I somehow switched the TV to a kind of zoom mode and since then I can't get the picture back to normal.
I thought about checking the 'ratio' of the image but it’s not in zoom mode as I would have thought, but in standard mode, original signal.
Does anyone have any idea what I might have changed and how to get back to normal?

      I just found the manual, it's a 32LG7500

      I'm using the livebox to watch TV and even though I've read the manual, I can't find the solution :(

      Hello, on your remote control, you should have a 'ratio' button, press it as many times as necessary to get the original image
      Or use the up and down arrows on the central pad, this modifies the zoom

        I have already tried with the ratio key, but even when setting it to original signal or 16/9 it remains zoomed in, and I just tested with the arrows but it doesn't change anything :(

        Look in the Orange decoder menu, if the TV format is changed...
        Unplug and reconnect the HDMI and SCART cables
        Otherwise, contact LG support, they will assist you effectively.
