Installation of ZOLID P 50643 scanner

Hello,
My ZOLID scanner was installed on my old PC with Windows XP and it worked very well. On my new PC with Windows 7, it no longer works; it keeps asking me to "connect my scanner" even though it is properly connected. What should I do?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

    It was probably connected too early during the installation, wasn't it?

      I tried to install it several times but it always gives an error message.
