How to unlock phone without SIM card?

Hello,

I changed my operator but I canceled my old plan before unlocking my phone (Bouygues). I have the number to unlock it but it doesn't work because I can't enter this number. What should I do?
Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.13
