Hello, first of all, thank you for taking the time to respond to me.
I am a user of PSN (PlayStation Network), and the last update from February 8, 2012, is causing me problems. Indeed, when I launch the update, the percentage bar stays at 0%, and after a certain time, an error message with the error code "80710723" appears.

How can I resolve my issue? If you have an answer, I would appreciate it if you could detail it (I am not a computer "star").

Hello, if you're on Wi-Fi, try switching to Ethernet. If you can't, run a network test to see if you have a connection, and if it still doesn't work, download version 4.10 (the latest one currently) and update it via USB. Keep us posted :)

Thank you, I finally succeeded by unplugging my modem, plugging it back in, and restarting the PS3. After about 20 tries, I finally managed to complete this update (I stopped twice around 90%). Thank you anyway for your help.
