Hello,
For some time now, I've been getting error messages in Excel when opening files.
Repairs in "file.xls"
Excel was able to open the file by deleting or repairing unreadable content.
Deleted records: Style in part /xl/styles.xml (Styles)
Repaired records: Format in part /xl/styles.xml (Styles)
Result => I'm losing formats but also the PivotTables.
I've run an Office diagnostic, but it didn't help.
Does anyone have any ideas?
A big thank you to everyone.

Hello,
Does anyone have an idea? Well, yes, several actually! But regarding your issue, only one comes to mind:
"file.xls"
Deleted records: Style in the /xl/styles.xml part (Styles)
Instinctively, it makes you think of a version difference in Excel. A 2007 file saved as 2003 (.xls) opened and resaved in Excel 2003 that is trying to be reopened in 2007.
But I could be completely off track.
In that case, disregard what I just wrote, but let me know so I can go grab a coffee.
Thank you
Best regards,
Franck P
