Hello, what does the manual say about searching for channels with the remote control. I have the remote but don't have the manual. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I’m looking for help to adjust the channels on a Hypson TV model NR R 55 Silver. I don’t have the manual, and the remote control is from Wallis; it isn’t a universal remote, it’s a model that replaces the original remote. but how do I perform the settings? thanks for your help

I don’t know of a method to tune the channels without a remote, and I don’t think there is one.

Hello,
Whether your remote is the original, a replacement remote, or a universal remote, the TV setup program is in your television, not in the remote. If you have your TV’s manual, that’s where you’ll find the method. And since your remote is a replacement, it will work exactly like the original remote.
Do you still have your TV’s manual?

When we ask for help, it's for technical assistance, but I see, as is often the case, there is a lot of foolish chatter but no positive answer. You are off-topic or you understand nothing (which is worse) and I really think there are only idiots here. Everyone knows everything, but no one knows anything!!!

Hello, this is a Hyson brand television, model 2500. On the back I found the following number: 32FFE - HY1632 NX. I can't tune the channels after a move. In the menu I can get as far as the “recap” step, which should normally allow me to adjust, but I don’t know what to do how to proceed. If someone has a manual, please enlighten me. Thanks. Guy

SOLUTION to tune TV channels for Hypson 20 TD 1
I just received at home a generic remote control that I bought for 29.90 euros, which therefore replaces the original remote... The site: http://ww12.telecommande.net
I put in the batteries, and everything works correctly but I can't record the channels or the settings (brightness, color, contrast), I’m trying to understand and I end up finding the solution that I’m going to hurry to give you...
The brand of the generic remote is: Wallis Universal...
To search and record the channels:
1) press the MENU button
2) search TF1 using the up-down arrows
3) find TF1 on CH 29
4) press store and enter the number 1
5) press store again to save the TF1 channel
Do the same to search for France 2 on another channel; once found, enter the number 2 in store and press store again to save, and so on...
To record the settings (brightness, color, contrast):
1) press the central button between the arrow keys “SEL”
2) adjust brightness using the left/right arrows
3) each time you press “SEL”, you switch to color, then contrast, then back to brightness... Always adjust with the left/right arrows
4) To save, press “store” and enter “ok” using the key opposite to “MENU”; the symbol is two arrows facing each other with a vertical bar between them
5) Press “store” again to save your settings, that’s it! You’re done.
Best regards,

Hello,
go check the after-sales service, they often have remotes that they keep for their customers who, like you, have lost theirs. I know this because I work as a customer service hostess and I often end up helping my clients.
Otherwise, try a remote from the TECHWOOD brand (same manufacturer) -
Hello,
If what Fati offers you doesn’t allow you to be assisted, go HERE
By clicking on the reference of your TV you will see what is proposed to replace your remote control.

I have the manual but there is only the explanation for adjusting the channels with the remote (which I no longer have). One day I “lost” channel 2 and I end up with two copies of channel 6. What should I do? Thanks
