Delete .exe files from downloads

Hello,

can we delete the .exe files from the downloads folder without damaging the programs?
For example:
7z465.exe
bios-20081106121710.zip (PS10S150.exe)
picasa38-setup.exe
etc.

They take up a lot of space, but I don't know if it's necessary to keep them since the programs are installed.

Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 9.0

    Hi,

Are these the installation files of the programs you downloaded?

If so, no need to keep them

Yes, those are the installation programs, well the complete download module of a program as can be found on sites like "comment ça marche," "01.net," etc...
style: CCleaner, Picasa, Windows Live Messenger; Microsoft Essentials Security...

    Hello
As mentioned above, you can delete them. Now you can put these "setups" on a removable drive. This will allow you to transfer the corresponding programs to another computer that is not connected to the internet (for the programs downloaded from the web) and then you can delete them from your computer.

Once installed, you can delete the executables without any problem.
