Bonjour,
Voilà, depuis hier mon ordinateur s'éteint tt seul, d'abord il plante (il ne répond pas) et ensuite il m'affiche une page bleu... alors par moment il y a des écritures dessus (que je n'est pas le temps de lire) et il redémarre tt seul. Mais par moment, la page est bleu sans écritures, et là, je suis obligé de forcer l'arrêt en appuyant sur le bouton de l'ordinateur.

Quand Windows « crashe », par mesure de sécurité, le système stoppe immédiatement en affichant un écran bleu.
Les causes des écrans bleus sont diverses :
- problème matériel
- problème de pilotes
- surchauffe du processeur ou de la carte graphique
- infections
Les écrans bleus sont souvent assez difficiles à diagnostiquer , malgré le code d'erreur indiqué.
Donc, télécharge Whocrashed
Enregistre le fichier dans le dossier Téléchargement, puis installe le en cliquant sur le fichier whocrashedSetup.exe
Accepte le téléchargement d'un module manquant si l'assistant d'installation le propose
Ensuite, lance Whocrashed et clique sur Analyse
Un rapport va être généré !
Copie et colle le dans ton prochain message !

Je reviens a vous... mon problème est, je pense, encore présent.... malgré un reformatage, mise a jour de la carte graphique et en dernier temps l'astuce que Alexis984 ma fort gentiment donner.
Je vais essayé de mieux décrire mon problème : L'écran fige, mais avant mon pointeur souris ... merde (pas d'autre mot :d) Je veux dire par là qu'il devient soit jaune très clair, soi ne correspond pas aux pointeurs qui devrait normalement être affiché. Si normalement quand je survole un lien internet le pointeur en forme de main devait apparaitre, il va me mettre par exemple une flèche. (c'est un exemple pour vous donner une idée)
