Hello,
So here it is, I am Moroccan and I have a friend in Belgium. He has an Orange phone and his number starts with +33, and when I call him, I am told that this number is not assigned and I don't know how to reach him. I would like to know if Orange phones in Belgium use the telephone code of France (+33) instead of that of Belgium (+32). Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

I forgot, there are also the telephone codes of the main cities in Belgium.

Sometimes there are 9, so you need to remove the 1 digit after the 32

The country code for Belgium is 32 and can be written as either +32 or 0032 when calling from France. Here is a procedure to follow for dialing a Belgian number http://www.indicatifs-telephoniques.net/indicatif-Belgique-32.php
