Hello everyone,
My question might seem a bit silly, but I’m really bad at IT. I have a VIDEO_TS folder that contains a .VOB video plus other stuff that forms the menu screen. The idea is to burn DVDs that start automatically, where the menu page opens directly. I don’t know how to do it, because when I burn a DVD, to proceed with the burn it tells me to drag the file I want to burn into the burn list, so I do that but the resulting DVD, when you insert it, doesn’t start automatically; it opens a bit like a USB drive or a hard drive, Windows opens and offers to "read the files"... How can I burn so that it starts automatically, all by itself?

create a DVD without a menu the film starts right away for 1 movie
with a menu for several short films there will be an icon for each film and you just click on the icon of the desired film -

Under Windows, when you insert a disc into the drive, a window appears (AutoPlay) offering you what you want to do. There you can normally choose to play your DVD with a menu, for example with WMP.
Otherwise, if the DVD is burned correctly, you can also try with VLC: Media -> Open Disc, or any other player of your choice.
For burning, now you need to burn a DVD-Video and not a data disc. If you don't have burning software offering this, you can use for example CD Burner XP or BurnAware Free Edition which feature this.
