Fichiers infectés par un virus ?

Bonjour,

J'ai pris un virus sur ma clé USB (au lycée) et au début je ne voyais plus mes fichiers (mais l'espace était encore pris). Puis maintenant quand j'ai essayé de rebrancher ma clé, Avast a bloqué son ouverture et a mis tous les fichiers infectés (Mes fichiers) en quarantaine. Pouvez-vous m'aidez à récupérer mes fichiers (ils sont très importants) ???

    Bonjour

    Restaure ces fichiers à partir de Avast.

    Utilise ensuite UsbFix:
    # Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
    Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
    Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

    Télécharge et installe UsbFix de El Desaparecido , C_XX & Chimay8

    Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

    # Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau.

    # Choisi Recherche

    # Laisse travailler l outil.

    # Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra.

    # Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. (C:\UsbFix.txt)

    (CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

    # Ton bureau disparaîtra et le pc redémarrera.

    # Au redémarrage, UsbFix scannera ton pc, laisse travailler l outil.

    # Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra avec le bureau.

    # Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

    Oui merci beaucoup mais il y a aussi deux autres dossiers avec des icônes plus claire qu'est-ce que j'en fait ?

      Il s'agit d'un fichier autorun.inf et d'un certificat?

      Il y a bien un dossier autorun.inf mais il y a aussi un dossier RECYCLER

    Ok;c'est normal

    1)Reconfigure pour ne plus voir ces fichiers qui sont logiquement cachés.

    2)    Vide la quarantaine d'Avast

    3)    Purge la restauration comme ceci :

    Cela supprime toutes traces des diverses infections ;et permettra une éventuelle restauration sans infections

      comment est-ce que je fait pour vider la quarantaine d'Avast ?

      Cherche un peu dans le panneau de configuration d'Avast un onglet ou une rubrique "quarantaine" par exemple.
      Internet peut t'aider aussi ;-)
