how to delete gifs

Hello,
for a short while now, I haven't been able to delete the "gifs",
I click on delete, it disappears but comes back in less than a second. If anyone can help me, thank you in advance

1) a file

a) The file is in use.

If it is part of software that has just been uninstalled, it is best to restart the computer, as there may be operations to complete. To delete it anyway, press Ctrl-Alt-Delete simultaneously, then possibly select "Task Manager" and stop Winoldap or another program.

If the message states "access denied" and there was a general protection fault a little earlier, you need to reboot the computer. If you suspect spyware, sometimes disguised as a more or less useless utility, use an anti-spyware tool like Ad-aware. Otherwise, restart in DOS mode or "Command Prompt" and delete the file using the del command followed by the full file name to note in Windows and copy (or by using the cd command or DOS utilities).

b) The file has already been deleted but the current list that includes this file is no longer up to date.

c) The file path is too long (it is indicated in DOS format with a tilde ~). Locate this file in Explorer and delete it in a DOS session using del followed by the file name possibly abbreviated with the * and ? characters.

d) If the file is on an external drive, check if you can remove the protection by moving a switch, for example, on the bottom left of a 3.5" floppy disk.
