ETTD et ETCD

Bonjour,

nous avons 2 routeurs cisco 2600 interconnectés l'un sur l'autre en Serial Interface 0/0.
je ne sais pas quel est l'ETTD ou l'ETCD sur chacun de ces routeurs, et j'ai pas très bien saisi ce que c'etait.

    ça tu ne le verras pas bien sur le routeur: les ports série font les 2.
    en fait c'est le type de câble via un signal précis sur une des Pin qui inverse l'interface:
    etcd = dce = interface émulant un modem
    ettd = dte = interface émulant un terminal.
    en gros à part émission / réception inversés sur les 2 ainsi que les autres signaux de commande cts/rts/dcd/dtr/dsr les horloges sont émises par un etcd et reçues par un ettd (sauf le 113).
    mais on peut voir le type de l'interface (forcé par le câble) dans un show interface.
    aussi:
    un câble synchrone dte a une prise mâle en principe tandis que le câble dce a une prise femelle (comme un modem, ça tombe bien) .
