Bonsoir,
j'ai install le logiciel Freesurfer sur ubuntu 10.10 pour le tester j'ai besoin d'exécuter la commande :recon-all -i invol1 -i invol2 -subjid your_subject_name
j'ai suivie les étapes indiqués dans le lien:https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/RecommendedReconstruction
mais en tapant la commande il me renvoi le message d'erreur suivant:
nassi:/usr/local/freesurfer/subjects/bert/mri/orig> recon-all -i /anon2/IM-0001-383975432-0001_an.dcm -subjid your_subject_name
ERROR: cannot find /anon2/IM-0001-383975432-0001_an.dcm
